Dave has been in Engineering or Sales and Marketing positions for Parlec for 23 of the 30 years he has been with Parlec. Dave has been recognized as one of the most knowledgeable spindle taper people in the manufacturing industry. His experience in manufacturing and manufacturing engineering has created a strong core of experience to help in managing the tooling programs

As a product manager, Dave’s responsibilities include overseeing all product marketing and sales related functions, product development and product improvement decisions for Parlec’s toolholding, boring and tapping lines. Sales related functions include overseeing applications and training of the global distribution channel and sales force, developing product pricing, managing margins and developing forecasts and stocking levels.

Dave is a member of ASME, including and active member of the B5.50 TC45 committee for the standardization of machine tool tapers. Dave has been a member of SME for over 20 years and is an active member of AMT, Cutting Tool Product Group.
